“ I finally tried Taqueria Tamaulipas, a food truck on the north side of Houston I discovered on TikTok, and it was worth the wait. I went on a cold Sunday night, but they had a tent with a clear tarp to keep things cozy. I ordered five tacosfour de trompo and one de bistecMatamoros style with cheese and avocado, which also comes with a side of potatoes. I added grilled onions and a chile toreado, and they brought out red and green salsas, raw onion and cilantro, and pickled red onions in spiced vinegar. The flavors were incredible, especially the pickled onions. My sister loved their horchata, and the service was fast and friendly. On my second visit, they had a propane heater, making it even more comfortable. Ill definitely keep coming back for those tacos! ”

The meat quality tastes fresh and juicy and the corn tortillas paired with the salsa, cilantro, lime, and onion is Chefs Kiss. Also, I noticed they had roasted potatoes with cheese, sauteed onions, and pork on it and it was amazing. 1,000 percent recommend. ”
